Tariff 33 is 30% cheaper than Tariff 11. It also helps the environment. Changing appliances to Tariff 33 decreases the number of generators required for electricity, thereby decreasing the amount of greenhouse gases being released into the environment.

 

You can place nearly any appliance on T33. You must remember that this tariff is switched off at certain times of the day normally  between 5pm and 9pm and again between 6am and 9am but times will vary according to the amount of electricity that other consumers are using. On hot days T33 may be switched off to compensate for high air conditioner use.
